| 東港知名眷村共和新村改建 遭監察院糾正

監察院上午指出，國防部辦理屏東縣東港共和新村原眷戶同意改建認證，原公告訂於92年12月29日至93年3月28日的三個月內，進行依國軍老舊眷村改建條例施行細則第20條所定的認證程序，在無任何法律依據之下，擅自延長法院認證截止日至93年4月19日，且擅自公告改變原眷戶總數的計算基準，誤導原眷戶總數為152戶已有122戶同意改建已達法定改建人數等情，國防部確有違失，難辭違失之咎，上午遭監察院依法提案糾正。

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院會通過《姓名條例》修正草案，放寬原住民（少數民族）、外國人取名及被認領者申請改名規定，明定外國人、無國籍人取用中文姓名方式，「姓氏在前、名字在後」，無姓氏者，也可僅登記名字。
