【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市文化局要在圓滿戶外劇場增設廁所。市議員黃國書今日業務質詢時指出，增設廁所僅是小工程，為什麼需要委外評估，且要費時一年？市府文化局長葉樹姍表示，一定要完成評估才能進行規劃設計，一切都按照法定程序辦理，預計明年底完工，「要做就做到最好！」
