圓滿劇場蓋廁所　明年底完工

【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市文化局要在圓滿戶外劇場增設廁所。市議員黃國書今日業務質詢時指出，增設廁所僅是小工程，為什麼需要委外評估，且要費時一年？市府文化局長葉樹姍表示，一定要完成評估才能進行規劃設計，一切都按照法定程序辦理，預計明年底完工，「要做就做到最好！」
 
黃國書說，圓滿戶外劇場沒有廁所，民眾只能到文心森林公園使用廁所，有一段距離，因此市府決定在劇場增設廁所，他非常肯定；但增設廁所僅是小工程，為什麼需要耗費一年？
 
葉局長表示，法定程序規定一定要完成調查研究才能做規劃設計，此外增設廁所並不像裝設臨時廁所那樣簡單，原來的劇場有其舊有管線配置，不算是小工程，必須進行評估規劃，「既然要做就要做到最好！」預計今年底完成規劃設計，明年四月發包，明年底完工，盡量不影響民眾使用劇場。
