| 大統遭罰2820萬元 消基會：仍太少

【蔡惠如／台北報導】消基會今開記者會表示，販售黑心油的大統公司雖遭彰化縣衛生局勒令停工，並依法開罰史上最高裁罰金額2820萬元，但依照《食品衛生管理法》最高開罰的罰款，其實可罰到2.1億元，感覺是「史上最高」，實則為輕罰，針對1年營業額達15億元的大統公司，根本是九牛一毛，此類事件只會春風吹又生。
消基會呼籲，衛福部應針對大統事件從重處分，引用其最高罰則開罰，才能奪回業者不當得利，杜絕黑心食品，此外將罰款專款專用在本次事件的受害者上，不要拿去用於縣政府的赤字。
