【郭寶懃／台北報導】台中市今日標售廍子地區及振興路以南地區區段徵收13標16筆配餘地，共計9922坪，吸引236標競標，全數標脫，官員表示，得標者包含知名遠雄建商、大城建設與總太地產等等，標售總金額達43.2億元，與標售前底價12.67億元相較，溢價比達341％。

| 二行程機車 環署將擬落日條款

【洪敏隆／台北報導】老舊二行程機車已於2004年禁止生產，但台灣至今仍有330萬輛，立委王育敏今在立院社福衛環委員會要求研擬訂定二行程機車的落日條款。環保署長沈世宏允諾，將會儘快研議配套措施。
立院社福衛環委員會今天邀環保署、衛福部等針對台灣老舊車輛對人體傷害等問題做報告，王育敏質疑二行程機車的空氣汙染是四行程機車的14倍，雖然禁止生產已經很多年，卻沒有規範禁止二行程機車使用的時間表，導致國內還有300多萬輛老舊二行程機車，造成嚴重空汙影響。
