二行程機車　環署將擬落日條款

【洪敏隆／台北報導】老舊二行程機車已於2004年禁止生產，但台灣至今仍有330萬輛，立委王育敏今在立院社福衛環委員會要求研擬訂定二行程機車的落日條款。環保署長沈世宏允諾，將會儘快研議配套措施。

立院社福衛環委員會今天邀環保署、衛福部等針對台灣老舊車輛對人體傷害等問題做報告，王育敏質疑二行程機車的空氣汙染是四行程機車的14倍，雖然禁止生產已經很多年，卻沒有規範禁止二行程機車使用的時間表，導致國內還有300多萬輛老舊二行程機車，造成嚴重空汙影響。

王育敏以桃園縣政府為例，桃園縣府已明定2021年要全面管制老舊二行程機車行駛，建議環保署參考。沈世宏表示，目前環保署除了持續推動補助獎勵汰換舊車措施，會了解桃園縣政府的作業細則，研議禁止使用的配套措施及正當性。
