| 衝買氣 「雙捷匯」推工程期0付款

【王筱君／台北報導】經濟不景氣，近來不少預售建案業者推工程期0付款方案衝買氣，包括「國賓伊頓」與「雙捷匯」搶市，降低買屋者自備款壓力，目標鎖定首購族。
位於三重的「雙捷匯」建案，主打30~47坪中小型宅，每坪開價約59~65萬元，總計181戶，案場陳姓副專表示：「許多顧客衝著工程期0付款方案而來，目前已售出近7成。」

【許敏溶／台北報導】宏達電最新款旗艦機hTC One max今全台開賣，《蘋果》接獲民眾投訴，在台北八德店舉行的早鳥開賣活動，今晚7時開賣，傍晚5時即發放號碼牌，卻規定中間2小時若離開隊伍就喪失資格，有排隊者痛批規定「離譜、不合理」，且隊伍雜亂，覺得特地請假來支持國貨很不值得。
