【王筱君／台北報導】經濟不景氣，近來不少預售建案業者推工程期0付款方案衝買氣，包括「國賓伊頓」與「雙捷匯」搶市，降低買屋者自備款壓力，目標鎖定首購族。

位於三重的「雙捷匯」建案，主打30~47坪中小型宅，每坪開價約59~65萬元，總計181戶，案場陳姓副專表示：「許多顧客衝著工程期0付款方案而來，目前已售出近7成。」
