【突發中心／基隆報導】今天早上7時許，國道一號中山高南下車道約4公里處發生一起車禍，目前基隆消防局已經派遣分隊在現場救援，現場車流回堵嚴重，如果要從基隆南下的民眾，敬請改道行駛避免被回堵車流塞住。
