| 婦人疑久病 家中上吊亡

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市1名42歲呂姓婦人長期患有憂鬱症，今天下午5時許，趁婆婆外出買菜時，在中和區大勇街住家上吊自殺，婆婆返家後發現後緊急報警，送醫搶救後仍不治。附近鄰居表示，呂婦因精神疾病曾自殺多次，返家時看到警方到場便知狀況不妙，沒想到意外還是發生了。警方表示，呂姓婦人的房間放有許多精神疾病的藥，未留下遺書，房間也未有打鬥破壞痕跡，初步排除他殺，將報請檢察官相驗釐清死亡原因。

| 新北發市庫券 不列入票金公司授信總額

【廖珮君／台北報導】金管會9月10日核准新北市政府發行１年期以內的「市庫券」，成為全台各縣市首例。金管會今日晚間更進一步鬆綁，票金公司對政府機關辦理保證、背書，將不列入票金公司授信總額，限該票金公司淨值5倍的限制。此舉將有助於政府機關透過票券商，發短票或市庫券籌資，籌資管道更多元，成本也可以降低。
