【都會中心／台中報導】台中市議員林汝洲今天質詢市警察局，市警局申請監聽案100年627件、101年779件，但破案率只有一半，剩餘一半未破案的部份算不算是傷害人權? 破案只能靠監聽嗎?
台中市副市長蔡炳坤表示，如果破案和監聽之間無法取得平衡一定會傷害人權，警察辦案一定遵守程序。
