國科會補助學者產學合作案從事研究，研究結果假如涉及民眾食品安全等公共利益，該不該要求學者立即公開？國科會遭立委指控隱匿學者食品安全研究結果，主委朱敬一上午在立法院承諾，將於三周內檢討，提出可行的「轉軌機制」，當國科會發現教授的研究結果涉及公共利益時，可透過一定審查機制，要求教授公開。
