【黃楷棟／新北報導】新北市林口區的文化路一段與忠孝路口，下午3時許，發生一輛大貨車與機車擦撞，但是傳出機車被捲入貨車底部，騎士也因此受困，消防隊接獲報案，已經趕往現場救援。

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺下午接見金商獎代表，對於世界銀行日前公布台灣經商便利度16名，和去年一樣。江不滿的說，韓國從第8名進步到第7名，東南亞一些國家也進步很多，「經商環境不進則退」，他要求在2016年時台灣要挺進前10名。
