| 金門酒糟牛肉品嘗 遊客稱讚

（中央社記者陳守國金門31日電）繼酒糟牛肉創意料理比賽後，金門縣畜產試驗所今天在小三通碼頭的水頭碼頭遊客服務中心辦牛肉品嚐會，兩岸遊客直稱牛肉嫩。
縣畜試所今天宰殺一頭黃雜牛，並邀請曾任維多麗亞酒店「小魚日式料理」副主廚的沈浩蔚，汆燙新鮮美味的牛肉片，讓出入境的兩岸遊客免費品嚐。
