外交部長林永樂今天在中常會上報告「菲律賓公務船射擊我國廣大興28號漁船事件報告」。林永樂說，過去十年，我與菲律賓一共發生22件漁船或船難事件，過去希望平和處理事件，儘快落幕；這次政府採取非常堅定立場，強烈要求菲國採取改善措施，不只為了這次漁船事件，也是希望未來兩國在處理漁業合作、漁民權益、漁船作業問題，能夠找到一個更好的處理方法。
