原PO大學畢業，出社會工作大概10年，一直在資訊產業擔任工程師最近覺得年紀大了，想轉換跑道當業務，有幸拿到一家公司的offer 總覺得不是很理想，但怕放棄後會覺得可惜，想聽聽大家的意見。公司規模：萬通人力集團下的子公司 (約8人) 職務: 正職業務人員 (暫時需要跑全省，未來如果有必要會在外縣市設點) 工作內容: 負責推銷平版打卡機 http://www.turnin.com.tw/ 和外勞管理系統休假制度: 每個月的1個週六需上半天班，其他則見紅就放。1年後才有7天特休。上下班時間: 8:00-17:30 (上下班打卡制，除非超過下班時間且離公司很遠) 薪資: 26.2K+1.8K(伙食津貼)+5K(車輛津貼)+2K(全勤獎金) 油耗補貼: 6元/km (萬通人力的業務標準)。過路費及停車費實報實銷。獎金: 賣出一台800元獎金。一個月至少要賣出20台才算達成業績目標。配備: 使用自己的車。公司配一台筆電、沒有公務手機，也沒有額度補助。福利: 有三節獎金(?)和年終(?) ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.227.190
