房市速報錄 選區不選房 北市老屋夯

台北市房價太貴，民眾轉而買老屋，據內政部實價查詢網顯示，台北市30年以上老屋交易超過3成，其中又以萬華、士林與大安區比例最多，萬華51.3%交易量是來自老屋，士林與大安也有45%的交易量，顯示民眾選區不選房，前進便宜老屋。
住商不動產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨分析，萬華發展早，老屋多、都更難，士林公寓比重高，老屋比例也多，大安區則受到新屋價格貴，「選區概念」下老房成首選；相對看內湖和文山區新案多，房價較市中心便宜，民眾因此多選擇新成屋。記者劉曉霞
