德銀表示，百盛(03368.HK)首季業績令人失望，同店銷售按年下跌2.8%，令銷售所得總額僅增長2.1%，傭金率降至17.3%，營運開支則大增14.9%。管理層下調今年同店銷售增長目標至3%，銷售所得總額增長預測下調至10%。因此，德銀下調其2013-15年純利預測20-25%，目標價相應由5.19元下調至4元。

該行預期，公司第二、三季度的營運槓桿將維持負數，直至第四季方見復甦。目前估值並不吸引，維持「持有」評級。(ir/m)
