管碧玲自製影片 說明台菲衝突

台菲衝突持續延燒。民進黨立委管碧玲表示，關於台灣漁民遭菲律賓射殺一事，政府應將事實呈現出來，在國際廣為宣傳和澄清，但外交部動作太慢，她已請助理連夜製作兩分鐘的英文短片，並放上Youtube網站，希望廣為向國際宣傳。影片網址為http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5JzRUQZdwo
