請問各位有關五人以下公司的"健保"問題 (勞保應該就是無強制性雇主及員工各自去投保工會或國民年金?) 查了許多資料說法眾說紛紜主要是以下三種 1.雇主一定要成立投保單位幫自己及每個員工投保 2.雇主要在公司裡保但員工可以在工會投保 3.雇主跟員工都可以在工會投保請問哪種說法是對的哪種是錯的謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.6.11
