台灣一年超過十漁船被各國扣押

台灣一年有超過10艘漁船被他國扣留，根據農委會漁業署過去20 年的統計，扣押台灣漁船最多的就是菲律賓，其次是印尼，第三名是日本。

過去台灣漁船被扣押，大多由政府出面斡旋釋放漁船與船員，但也有許多漁民選擇「私了」花錢了事。漁業者強調，經濟水域重疊的國家，應該由漁業談判解決，才能保障漁民的捕魚權益與安全。
