白文正二房投資糾紛　判賠254萬

已故寶來集團總裁白文正二房、有股市金釵之稱的葉美麗，遭伊麗特化妝品公司指控，1997年間受委託投資泰國股票，葉美麗收下554萬餘元後，伊麗特公司因有資金需求，向葉女拿回300萬，其餘254萬則委由葉女繼續投資，但葉女事後卻未將後續投資情況向公司說明，因此要求返還這筆錢。

但葉女澄清說，這筆錢是另名蔡姓男子交付投資，她並未受伊麗特公司委託投資。

台北地院認為，554萬元的確是由伊麗特公司匯給葉女，事後葉女也退還300萬元，且無法證明款項是他人交付葉女投資之用，這筆錢應屬伊麗特公司所有，判葉應返還，葉女律師表示，收到判決後再研究是否上訴。
