綠島文化園區功能不佳 文化部遭糾正

文化部辦理綠島文化園區籌設計畫，但因行政規畫與效率不佳，導致計畫執行已近6年，卻效益不彰，園區內土地分屬各單位管理，缺乏整合，整理預算執行率僅達63.99%。赴綠島遊客僅一半會到園區參觀，投入7億元的計畫，效益卻低落，監察院今天糾正文化部。
