菲籍模範媳憂一觸即發　「願代菲政府道歉」

菲籍配偶伊美黛遠嫁台灣18年，甫獲今年台東市模範母親，她擔憂戰爭一觸即發，她說，「射殺漁民就是不對」，若因不道歉造成更大衝突，會讓更多的人面臨死亡威脅，「若可以我願代替菲律賓政府道歉。」

伊美黛已隨丈夫更名為徐妙如，一如往常打點家裡的麵店生意，但台菲關係進入劍拔弩張之際，她一有空閒即急著以網路電話或手機詢問菲國親友狀況，「來台東的菲律賓外勞或嫁過來的姐妹，都會找我詢問最新狀況。」
