馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處主席培瑞斯下午一時抵達台灣，將赴外交部磋商，由於政府不接受菲律賓回應，要求菲方在下午6時前具體回應，外交部表示，在與裴瑞斯協商結束前，我駐菲律賓代表王樂生與菲律賓駐台代表白熙禮，還會在任所做最後的努力。
