大陸國家統計局17日公布，2012年全國城鎮私營單位就業人員年平均工資則為2萬8,752元(人民幣,下同)，年增17.1%，增幅下降1.2個百分點；扣除物價因素實際年增14.0%。2012年全國城鎮非私營單位就業人員年平均工資為4萬6,769元，年增11.9%，增幅下降2.5個百分點；扣除物價因素實際年增9.0%。

在私營單位就業人員年平均工資中，年平均工資最高的三個產業分別是資訊傳輸、軟體和資訊技術服務業3萬9,518元，為全國平均水準的1.37倍；科學研究、技術服務業3萬6,598元；金融業(主要為各種保險代理、典當和投資咨詢公司)3萬2,696元。年平均工資最低的三個產業分別為農、林、牧、漁業；住宿和餐飲業；居民服務、修理和其他服務業。

在非私營單位就業人員年平均工資中，年平均工資最高的三個產業分別是金融業的8萬9,743元，為全國平均水準的1.92倍；資訊傳輸、軟體和資訊技術服務業8萬0,510元；科學研究、技術服務業6萬9,254元。年平均工資最低的三個產業分別為農、林、牧、漁業；住宿和餐飲業；水利、環境和公共設施管理業。最高與最低產業平均工資之比是3.96:1，較上年的4.17:1差距有所縮小。
