北市勞動局今表示，近來接獲多通民眾電話稱欲解僱菲勞，經諮詢處理後雇主已打消念頭。

勞動局表示，至今年3月底北市菲籍勞工6712人，其中社福外勞6628人佔98%，次高為漁牧業(含船員)43人佔0.64%，其他類別41人。廣大興28號案發至今全民情緒高漲，勞動局籲雇主理性對待所有在台外勞，不限菲籍。

勞動局指，勞委會13日宣布，菲國不在最後期限前道歉，將全面凍結菲勞引進，不核准新申請案，已獲招募許可未入境者亦不發簽證；3年期滿出境再入境的菲勞也不能入境，北市將配合勞委會政策。北市民眾若有外籍勞工勞資爭議，可洽北市勞動力重建運用處外勞諮詢科，電話：(02)2550-2151。
