1名羅姓男子(64歲)上月8日晚間7時許，酒後搭國光客運準備從台北到基隆，見鄰座郭姓女乘客面貌姣好，竟解開牛仔褲把玩生殖器，郭女透過LINE訊息給朋友求助，遭狼噴尿，司機立即把車開到警局報案。

基隆地檢署認為，羅男年事已高、孤家一人，因在微醺狀態下，自我控制力減低，又深表悔悟，因此聲請簡易判決，緩刑2年以資警惕。
