菲特使喀小籠包　業者：知道是他就不賣了

菲國道歉誠意不足引爆全台怒氣，菲律賓總統小艾奎諾（Benigno Aquino）特使、馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞茲（Armadeo Perez）昨天來台，欲見外交部長林永樂吃閉門羹，談判碰壁，轉往杭州南路的小籠包店吃小籠包及鍋貼。業者受訪時表示，當時在忙，不知是培瑞茲，如果知道寧願不做生意。

業者表示，做生意很忙，沒時間看電視，「如果知道是他，不會做他生意，好像4台車來，吃了1、2千塊而已」。
