荔枝新品種搶鮮吃　早熟果大又甜美

農試所嘉義分所研發28年新品種「台農7號早大荔」，今天發表指出，該品種較玉荷包約早10天成熟，單一果實可達30公克以上，果肉率73%以上，糖度也可達17 度以上。

農試所嘉義分所表示，該品種恰如其名，具有早成熟、果實大的特色，一般在屏東約5月上旬、高雄及台南約5月中旬即可採收。

「台農7號早大荔」不僅產期較「玉荷包」及「黑葉」早，將把台灣主要荔枝生產期，往前延伸約半個月，果實果色鮮紅美豔、果肉細緻、大果、糖度高等品質，遠優於其他早熟品種，深具市場潛力，
