老婦拋子離家46年　討扶養費敗訴

高雄一名周姓婦人多年前拋家棄子，因故申請老人生活津貼遭拒，發現尚有一子，遂要求給扶養費，法院認為46年來周婦未盡人母之職，從未探視、連絡小孩，判她敗訴。
