證所稅檢討與台指結算　台股添變數

證所稅檢討小組預計今天開會，將鎖定拿掉8500點天險與10億元大戶課稅兩大方向；台指期將結算及明天凌晨MSCI權重調整公布，恐為台股添變數。

外資連14買，台股昨借券金額突破新台幣200億元，達219.04億元，創歷史新高紀錄，是否偏空避險值得留意。
