允許遠洋漁船雇保全仍在立院修法

農委會漁業署表示，已經完成漁業法39 之1條修正草案，允許遠洋漁船可在境外雇用私人武裝保全，保障漁民安全，但目前草案仍躺在立法院。

漁業署長沙志一表示，未來修法完成後，遠洋漁船漁民可先向漁業署申請雇用私人保全，但私人保全必須在境外上下船，不僅可免除國內槍砲彈藥管制條例限制，漁船開銷也可依法報稅。
