走得狼狽　菲代表、特使被請回

菲律賓射殺我漁民案，菲國無道歉誠意，我祭出二波、共11項制裁措施，菲國代表白熙禮與特使培瑞茲也被請回，今天中午赴機場，準備搭乘華航CI-703回菲。上午2人離開辦事處時，被大批媒體一擁而上，並沒有回應任何問題，上車時還得隨扈幫忙阻擋，顯得有些狼狽。
