我國啟動對菲三項制裁，中止菲律賓外勞來台申請。勞委會主委潘世偉表示，平均每個月約有2600起菲勞來台申請案件，其中四分之三數營造業、四分之一為家庭看護工，今天正式公告禁止後，可改由其他國家提出申請案，相對而言，對我國的影響非常有限。
