追查黑心澱粉　台南查扣6570公斤毒澱粉

台南市衛生局今天赴涉賣毒澱粉的協奇澱粉廠，當場查扣6570公斤共248包化製澱粉，劉姓業者辯稱，只知這種澱粉比市價便宜100多元，就大量引進，不知麵粉裡面摻入會造成腎衰竭的工業黏著劑。

衛生局認為該業者已經營20多年，不可能不知澱粉的成本，請業者製作筆錄後、開罰3萬至15萬元的罰款。
