苗栗以北降下大雨，水利署指出，苗栗明德水庫實施調節性放水；新竹縣部分地區進入淹水一級警戒。

根據水利署防災資訊服務網截至上午10時資料顯示，明德水庫上午11時實施調節性放水；新竹縣部分地區進入淹水一級警戒，包括竹北市、新豐鄉、湖口鄉。

另外，基隆市、新北市、桃園縣等地區，以及台中市部分地區，則進入淹水二級警戒。
