王金平不贊同血債血償　「不是江湖打鬥」

我漁船日前遭到菲律賓公務船亂槍掃射，造成漁民洪石成死亡，立法院長王金平今日表示，國民黨團將擬出一個共同聲明或決議，在進行朝野協商、定案後公布，力挺漁民。

不過王金平也強調，所謂「血債血償」是不可行的，他說：「這又不是江湖打鬥的事，這是國際，也是外交的作法作為，所以我們還是不能輕舉妄動。」
