女星何嘉文因減肥不當引發腎臟炎、身材變形，《蘋果娛樂新聞》10日直擊她爆肥變圓臉，她被爆料卸下藝人光環轉行拉直銷，不過她受訪時不認帳。

何嘉文表示：「沒有啦，我沒有在那個...我小姑姑在做，然後我在穿，這樣子而已。」她說當時對方問她，她和對方分享而已，但她坦承自己是會員。而身高158公分她，目前53公斤，坦言繼續從調整飲食、睡眠、運動下手改善身材。
