捐「雞」行善給自宮男　壯男欲變性圓2人夢

基隆市一名男子(46歲)日前與女友吵架後，竟揮刀自宮剪斷生殖器，還把斷根沖馬桶，事後懊悔不已；前天有1名壯男，願捐出他的性器官，移植給該名「自宮男」，意圖換取免費變性手術，欲圓2人夢。

捐「鳥」壯男年紀約中年，自白「我的身體中，藏有女性靈魂」，長期無法習慣自己身上的生殖器，希望透過捐贈陰莖、陰囊及睪丸，省下數十萬元變性費，也圓2人夢想。

但醫生表示，「異體移植」於法不容，雖技術可行，儘管移植手術順利，生殖器也只具有排尿及行房功能，沒有生育能力，成效也恐無法與正常人一般，也可能有排斥問題，器官恐發炎壞死。
