藍委籲更名洪石成海峽讓血不白流

屏東漁民洪石成出海遭到菲律賓武裝船開槍攻擊傷重不治死亡，國民黨立委蔡正元在臉書上痛批，這不是刑事案件、漁事糾紛也不是執法失誤問題，不只是道歉賠償、經濟制裁、懲菲戰爭，這是維護台灣主權，為台灣子孫收復台菲之間的海權；他強烈建議馬政府應將巴士海峽更名為「洪石成海峽」，宣示他的血不會白流，台灣海軍立即巡弋「洪石成海峽」，菲律賓公務船只要進入，一律予以擊沉。
