日前基隆市一名男子喝醉後與女友吵架，暴怒之下失去理智，竟拿剪刀喀嚓一聲剪斷自己的「命根子」，酒醒後後悔莫及，如今傳出有名男子得知後，主動向醫院表示願意提供「那話兒」給該名莽夫，但代價是對方必須負擔他變性手術的費用。

《中國時報》報導，有名青壯年男子透過報社向醫院表達意願，表示願意「捐雞」，醫護人員一開始還以為他是想「捐精」，男子表態願意將精囊、睪丸和陰莖全部捐出。院方表示，手術可行，但依現行規定，「那話兒」無法捐贈和移植他人。

自宮男子的生殖器長度只剩3公分。
