菲律賓公務船攻擊我漁船廣大興28號，造成漁民洪石成死亡。台北市長郝龍斌表態，原本每年台北龍舟賽都會邀請菲律賓龍舟隊，今年決定拒絕菲國參加。

郝龍斌表示，若菲國沒有調查真相行動，盼政府能採取強硬措施，如停止民眾到菲律賓旅遊，或是凍結菲勞來台。
