前棒球選手、如今是鐵板燒學徒的張誌家（32歲），今年2月18日清晨6時許，開車行經台中市建成路與大智路口時，與19歲梁姓男學生騎乘的機車發生碰撞，造成男學生手肘、臀、大腿、膝和小腿等多處擦傷挫傷，張當時明知有人倒地受傷，卻仍旋即駕車逃離現場，經梁報警循線逮獲。

張誌家事後雖與梁男達成民事和解，但因肇事逃逸為公訴罪，台中地檢署昨仍將張誌家聲請簡易判決。張將面臨6月以上、5年以下的罪責，不過檢察官表示，因雙方已和解，有可能予以緩刑。
