勞保條例、非核家園草案付委

包括攸關勞保年金改革的勞保條例修正草案、大陸地區處理兩岸人民往來事務機構在台灣地區設立分支機構條例草案，以及行政院版的能源安全及非核家園推動法草案，今天上午都順利交付委員會審查，讓這三案正式進入議事程序內的實質討論階段。

雖然台聯和民進黨對這三案付委分別表示異議，但三個異議案都在國民黨人數優勢下，於表決大戰落敗。
