新北市亞東醫院泌尿科醫師鍾旭東、陳沛輝，3年前先後為右側睪丸疼痛的王姓男子看診，均斷定王男睪丸發炎，僅給消炎止痛藥。

王男隔年卻被查出罹患睪丸癌，不僅切除右睪丸，癌細胞還移轉成淋巴癌與肺癌，王男罹癌想留精，精子卻已無活動力而不成，新北地檢署昨依業務過失重傷害罪起訴兩人。

王男多次到亞東醫院求診，均未被診斷出睪丸癌。資料照片
