中國海協會前會長陳雲林，今天參訪台南市赤崁樓、安平古堡等古蹟，長期在赤崁樓抗議的法輪功成員，因陳的休旅車行進方向的關係，未與陳雲林直接碰面，仍隔空高喊「停止迫害法輪功」，但未引起陳雲林的注意。

陳雲林訪台南行程，全程微笑仔細聆聽導覽員的解說，並前往祀典大天后宮參拜媽祖。陳雲林表示，以前就想來台南參訪，但因公務繁忙均未能成行，在卸下海協會長等公職後，終於一嘗所願。
