銓敘部今天在考試院院會報告直轄市改制後組織編制變動情形，機關總數共計增加150個，以台中市增加86個最多，因改制導致機關總數與人員職等有所變動，今年與民國99年改制前的人事費用上，總計增加約99億元，增加最多也屬台中市，約37億元。
