刑事局破獲一個假賣車真詐財集團，主嫌陳姓男子（33歲）在Yahoo!奇摩拍賣刊登賣「BMW」訊息，等買家上鉤下標後，先寄人頭帳戶存摺給買家，要求匯頭期款到人頭帳戶，買家不知帳戶早設定自動轉帳，匯款後，錢立即轉至另一人頭帳戶，藉此躲避警方查緝。

警方調查，陳嫌利用此手法，成功詐騙20餘人，每人平均被騙30至50萬元不等金額，其中有被害人被騙100萬元最高，不法所得估計約1800萬元，且集中北部地區。警方昨日在台中、台南、高雄等地，逮補陳嫌等共13人，從事裝潢業的陳嫌坦承犯行不諱，警方並擴大追查中國在逃共犯。警訊後，依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦。
