公益勸募條例納入喊停機制

內政部社會司8日指出，將全面檢討修正「公益勸募條例」，納入喊停機制，當勸募團體所得達預定金額後，就應主動公告，不得再有勸募行為。

內政部社會司長簡慧娟8日在立法院社環委員會受訪指出，勸募團體對喊停機制已有基本共識，現在修法將更清楚規範。

其他修正重點還包括，重大災害和國際救援勸募活動將另立專章規範，嚴格規定勸募團體資格，不具執行能力或經驗者，不予許可；勸募金額達一定金額以上，須請會計師專案簽證及轉捐贈。
